Ordering

Orders can be placed at CustomCabinetSupply.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you need any assistance with your order, our customer service team is available from Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm PST. Our ordering process is secure, and we never store any payment information. If you need assistance beyond our normal business hours, you can text us at 866-722-9966 and someone will respond to you shortly.

Accuracy

Since your order is put into production almost immediately after you order, please be certain of your measurements and selections. We always recommend measuring at least twice. You can find tips on measuring here. We also recommend double and triple checking all of the selections on your order prior to checking out, including wood type, boring options, finish options or anything else.  

Pricing

We take pride in being able to offer the highest quality product in the industry, at the most competitive prices online. We’re human and sometimes make mistakes. Should the occasion arise where a product has been priced incorrectly, we reserve the right to cancel any order or adjust the price of any incorrectly priced product.
