Lead Times
Production of doors takes 5-7 business days, and delivery is usually 1-4 business days. Specialty items may have greater production times.
Changes/Cancellations/Returns
We will accept returns and refund orders within 3 days of delivery, on a case by case basis provided that the product is defective, or we have made an error in the ordering process. Colors and Appearance
CustomCabinetSupply.com cannot guarantee the way colors are displayed on your monitor or printouts from our website. CustomCabinetSupply.com does not warranty that actual items will match images of unfinished samples or photos of items on your monitor or printouts from our website. Concerning the appearance of the wood that we use, keep in mind that the wood might have a small difference in appearance due to the aging and the origin of the wood. This may mean a small difference in the final product.
Size
CustomCabinetSupply.com manufactures all wood products that we sell. We custom build them to your specifications, to the nearest 1/16th of an inch. Please take the time to check the measurements provided on the product pages to be certain the items you have chosen will fit your space and your needs. We cannot accept cancellations because an item does not fit in your space or the item does not fit what you planned to put in it.
Typographical Errors and Changes
CustomCabinetSupply.com is not responsible for typographical or clerical errors on the site. Prices, descriptions, measurements, availability and terms are subject to change without notice. CustomCabinetSupply.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders based on typographical errors in price, measurements or due to availability of items or materials. Please check that all of your selections have been registered before you checkout. Please check your order confirmation email to be sure that your order is correct. If you have made a mistake, please call us and we will try to help you correct it. If you realize that you have made a mistake after a delivery has occurred or the items have been stained, you will be charged any additional transportation or remake charges needed to correct your mistake.
Design, Dimensions, Availability and Prices
CustomCabinetSupply.com reserves the right to make changes at any time, without notice, in prices and design. CustomCabinetSupply.com com reserves the right to discontinue items without notice. Items may go in and out of stock from time to time. A sale price in Flyers, Newspaper, Television, Radio advertisements or on the CustomCabinetSupply.com site cannot be combined with other offers and applies only to the specific items which appear in the advertisement unless otherwise stated. Sale prices cannot be applied to previous sales. Sales are dated by the date the order is placed.
Limited Warranty
At CustomCabinetSupply.com we manufacture and ship high quality wood products nationwide. Since our products are made out of wood, they can be susceptible to warps, twists or cracks if not treated or handled properly in a timely manner. For this reason, claims on any order or material discrepancies must be made within three (3) days of the delivery date of an order and prior to any hinging, hanging, sanding, finishing or any other alterations. We understand that mistakes happen and will try hard to work with you if any of these circumstances arise. Please remember to always measure twice and triple check your order before it is placed. Doors must have written approval from CustomCabinetSupply.com prior to return. Upon approval, doors must be returned in their original condition for inspection. We will provide shipping instructions upon approval. Any item that has been hinged, hung, sanded, finished or shows signs of exposure to moisture, heat or sun; job site neglect or modified in any way shall be deemed accepted by the buyer and void any warranty.
Any products outside of standard sizes such as solid panel drawer fronts ordered to be used as a panel, or over 15” in height, will not be covered for damages including warping and/or twisting in any way.
Our wood products are of the highest quality, but wood products can warp, twist or crack within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery if not treated or handled properly.
IMPORTANT GUIDELINES ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
Because of its nature, wood will expand and contract. Changes in temperature, humidity, and other conditions produce wood movement. Wood will accept moisture and easily expand in mountain and coastal regions causing wood to warp, twist or crack. It will dry out and easily shrink in desert regions causing wood to warp, twist or crack. Consequently, proper precautions must be taken during storing, handling and finishing operations. Center rails will also be placed to prevent warping or twisting on a per needed basis.
To preserve and enhance the quality and beauty of our unfinished wood products, we strongly recommend finishing and sealing of doors in a very timely manner. You may need to perform extra sanding steps when using darker stains or glazing applications.
Unfinished wood needs protection from moisture and from extreme fluctuations in temperature and humidity. Construction sites may vary in temperature as much as 30 to 50 degrees from day to night, causing warping, swelling or twisting of unfinished doors within 24 hours. Before doors are delivered, have all windows and exterior doors in place and bring the house to occupancy level conditions. Make sure all new drywall and plaster has had at least 2 weeks to dry.
Many jobs are finished on site, where doors are not removed from the cabinet prior to finishing. This causes unfinished top rails on upper cabinets and unfinished bottom rails on lower cabinets. This allows moisture to be absorbed through the unfinished portion of the door, causing swelling, warping and twisting.
CustomCabinetSupply.com strictly adheres to these recommendations: Under no circumstances should unfinished millwork be delivered to a job or site that is under construction and open to the elements.
Doors should not be subjected to abnormal heat, cold, extreme dryness, humid conditions or sudden changes there in.
The entire door must receive two coats of a good grade finish. Completely and evenly finish ALL PIECES - front, back, top, bottom, sides and all cutouts. CustomCabinetSupply.com WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE DUE TO THESE SITUATIONS. THESE ARE NOT CONSIDERED A DEFECT.
GUARANTEE
Products must be inspected upon receipt. Our guarantee covers the replacement of doors and drawer fronts in an un-finished state and in good condition, as originally delivered F.O.B. our factory. Any variation from our normal construction specifications is not guaranteed, i.e., reducing the thickness of the panel or frames. A warp or twist of 3/16" of an inch or less is not considered a defect. A twist is measured by placing the face of the door against a true plane surface. Doors are manufactured to the nearest 1/16th of an inch with a tolerance of 1/16th of an inch. CustomCabinetSupply.com will not be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control. There are no other warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.
